I’m breastfeeding, and think I might have thrush. I don’t have all the symptoms, but my nipples really hurt when I nurse. Thrush would be a very thick white FURRY coating on babies tongue. If you are really concerned, see your doctor. Or call. But it sounds like milk residue to me. You sound like a very good momy, I’m glad you love your little one so much.
