I gave oral sex to a male that had a small lump on his penis. He is uncircumsized so I thought that it might be a yeast infection. About one or two days after the oral sex, I began to get a while tongue similar to oral thrush which isn’t easily brushed off and a small canker sore on my tongue. I’m hoping to rule out HIV since the thrush came the very next day but I’m not completely ruling it out.
I went to the dr and got tested for all STD’s including HIV and the result will not come until another 6 days. Any idea what other things could cause oral thrush symptoms? I was wondering if he had herpes since it was one single wart like lump on the head of his penis but I didn’t think you could get herpes from oral- and if so, I didn’t think that a symptom was oral thrush.
