How can I tell I can’t eat certain foods – when I read about elimination diets and such I learned that I will know which foods I can tolerate and which not – but what are the symptoms besides burping and bloating? I am not allergic or sensitive to any foods (that I know of), but rather I believe I have candida overgrowth…
