I quit cold turkey all caffeine, sugar, bread, milk, and cheese products. I have caffeine withdrawals and I’m starving! I’ve already eaten the breakfast I packed and my snack. Help!

Answer by KEHCmake a contract with yourself and say “if i eat sugar, bread, caffine, or cheese i cant do _____” or say “if i folow the rules for a week i can ____” it also helps to find something you love to eat but doesnt break any rules so you feel like your getting a treat and cheeting but your not!
