Important Treatments And Diet For Yeast Infection Sufferers!
Article by Erik Parsons
Treating yeast infections with a yeast free diet can be a great way of also treating a plethora of other medical issues. In the late 70′s doctors began to suggest that candida which is yeast that normally lives in our intestinal region, can secrete harmful toxins. Doctors felt that these harmful toxins could interrupt our metabolism, in turn creating or making worse a wide array of health issues.
While all doctors can agree that yeast infection treatment can help aid in curing your run of the mill normal yeast infections it is now argued that a diet for yeast infection can also aid in stopping or curing a great deal of other health issues as well.
Medical Issues That May Benefit From Candida Diets and Candida Treatments
- Joint Pain- Immune System Issues- Fatigue- Migraines- Depression- Asthma- Crohn’s Disease- Eczema- Fibromyalgia- Irritable Bowl- Hypoglycemia- Gastritis- Chemical Sensitivity Syndromes
During the 80′s yeast free diets started to gain traction and popularity. Despite some skepticism from mainstream doctors many physicians across the world have begun to report that Candida diets and treatments are helping restore their patients to better health at an increasing rate.

Question by kelly m: What kind of acidophilus should I take for thrush?
I’m breastfeeding, and think I might have thrush. I don’t have all the symptoms, but my nipples really hurt when I nurse. I don’t have shooting pain in my breasts, and the pain doesn’t last once I stop nursing. But when I nurse it feels like baby has razors in her mouth. I feel great relief when I stop.
I don’t think it’s improper latch. She’s 9months , so I think by now she knows how to latch properly.
I thought of using gentian violet and acidophilus. Is it okay to take lactobacilus acidophilus if you can’t drink milk? If not what else can I take?
And also, can I use gentian violet? Will it stain my baby’s teeth?
Best answer:
Answer by KooriGirlIf you are lactose intolerant, lactobacillus acidophillus is very good for you, as it helps to break down lactose (milk sugars) by producing the enzyme lactase, which lactose intolerant individuals do not produce.
Have a look at this link for lactobacillus acidophillus.

Candida Diet: A Better Way To Live!
Article by Erik Parson
Candida is another term for candidiasis, a yeast infection brought on by overgrowth of candida albicans. It is a type of yeast that grows normally in the skin, vagina, mouth and rectum. Common issues include headache, fatigue, vaginal itching, rectal itching, abdominal bloating, craving for sweets, thrush and sore throat. Although anti fungal meds are a cure, treatment should be backed by a proper diet made specifically for yeast patients.
It is important to know that the precipitating issues contributing to yeast overgrowth are a high-sugar diet, diabetes and the use of a wide variety of meds ranging from oral contraceptives, to long term use of antibiotics.
It is not necessary to starve yourself; you only need to understand what you can eat so you can incorporate it into your daily diet for candida plan.
Diet for Candida 101:
It is necessary to eliminate sugar and simple carbohydrates. These items lead to yeast growth in the body. You need to limit sweets, candies, and honey. Also NO fruit juices. If possible, NO pasta, corn, potato, wheat or rice. If you do find the need to eat one of these items then . . . → Read More: Candida Diet: A Better Way To Live!
