Question by Little Older, Much Wiser: I think I have Candida infection…..can you help me?
I am anemic and have poor digestion, always gassy, tired, constipated and irritated. I also have dark brown vagina discharge and fishy odor for some years now (I know, I never took care of it). Maybe 8 or 9 years. I was reading the symptoms of Candida and a lot of them applies to me. I have been constipated since I was a bay but I can go a week t almost two weeks without a bowel movement and when I do have a bowel movement it is very uncomfortable. I been trying to lose weight and I would lose a little and then gain it back. I dont have the will power to stay on my diet and often become depressed about it. Are these signs of Candida infections? I cant go to the doctor until my insurance kicks in. so what can I do in the meantime? What else do I need to know? Thank you

what are the major symptoms of candida? I have been suffering abdominal pains and bloating and tightness of my stomach for about a year it all started after a being on a antibiotic (macrobid) for three days for a simple bladder infection since then shit has been terrible I am at the lowest point in my life been to many doctors they brush it off with as depression I saw a gi and had an edoscopy no inflamation was found but i think he only checked the stomach and not the small inestines as well or to culcutre a sample from the intestine to see if it’s bacterial overgrowth. I am on a powder pro biotic for 5 days now take it twice a day it has 12 billion bacteria for 1/4 tea spoon or 1gram. I have taken about a full tea spoon twice daily it has 6 different strains but the largest quantity is with the lacto billsilu and the biffilus ones I belive. I have a lot of the same symptoms that candida, except i dont have any rashes or itching/burning around my groin area, (im a guy btw). But i do have these symptoms
Muscle twitching, irritability, tremors, anxiety, depression, yellow tongue, asthma, itching on feet and hands with fungus that doesnt seem to go away on my feet, occasional migraines, difficulty concentrating, brain fog, bad gas, poor digestion, bad breath, have some white bumps under my lip, possibly have reactive hypoglycemia, over hyper, severe insomnia,low sex drive, cloudy urine. Extreme coughing almost every day(even when i was younger) im 24. And mostly have thick mucus every day. which at one time seemed that i had mucus in my urine, but not anymore

For the past week i have been experiencing a low grade fever when i eat. I get real hot, flush, and sweaty and my temp is usually around 100 degrees mins after eating. I also have been having bad body aches, severe fatigue, tiredness, constant anxiety just a whole bunch of things. I am currently on amoxicillin and have diarrhea but i stayed hydrated everyday. Does this sound like symptoms of candida?

Apparently my girlfriend has started to have symptoms of candida yeasts. She told me I might have transmitted to her, and i am trying to find out if I really did transmit it to her or it was a result of her low immune system. Is there a way to find out this? how long does it take for the symptoms to show up? days or weeks?
